The annual North Winton Village Association flower (and vegetable) plant sale is still on! Get ready for Mother’s Day. It’s almost time to start planting those gardens.

Hanging Baskets, Combination Pots, Geraniums, Potato Vine, Creeping Jenny Vine, Zinnias, Marigolds, Coleus, Impatiens, Tomatoes, Kale, Sweet Peppers, Lettuce and Broccoli are available for preorder.

It is finally coming! OK, it’s been slow, but given our current state of lockdown, that’s probably good. Slowly, neighbors have been emerging from home, mostly following social distancing, wearing masks and following state and county guidelines to slow the spread of Covid-19.

Accordingly, the Pocket has not been holding regular meetings but the leadership has been exploring ways to support the community.

Please keep up to date with county and state updates and do everything you can to stay healthy and stop the spread (mask, distance, wash).
